Denise Fritz’s
professional experience during her more than 10 years at Pappas & Company has
focused on business fraud investigations, forensic accounting and litigation-related tax analysis and planning,
including matters involving division of property in divorce and settlements
associated with other forms of litigation.

Experience
Mrs. Fritz’s forensic accounting expertise includes evaluating accounting
procedures and performing cash flow analyses for a variety of purposes,
including fraud detection, dispute resolution, and business sales and
acquisitions. She has a master’s degree in taxation from Arizona State
University and bachelor’s degrees in accountancy (Northern Illinois University)
and finance (University of Illinois).
Mrs. Fritz has provided
support in a wide range of financial matters, including:

investigations of real estate transactions, mortgage lending, and business and
asset issues in divorce;

providing assistance to counsel in the analysis of financial records in
connection with a partnership dispute;
